Unbelievers, what short word/phrase would you use instead of "I am blessed", as in "I have been very responsible financially & have money?

I was a Christian most of my life and those stupid religious phrases are still a part of my lingo. I'm trying to rid myself of them.

I have never had occasion to say anything along those lines. I suppose I might say that I've been fortunate.
