When I got mine removed I worked at a call center. I took 4 days off and was back on day 5 (so basically s long weekend). It definitely hurt but I worked through it. Thed best rule is don't go back until you feel ready for it.

depends on what you do for work sit at a desk - a few hours something that involves heavy lifting - a few days
