    technically you don't give birth to an egg. You lay an egg then it hatches. As far as I know the only mammal that lays eggs is a Platypus. (also one of the few venomous mammals)

    should be fine, make sure it’s cooked all the way through so your pup doesn’t get salmonella! :-)
