Can I say "These are Husky. / Those are Pitbull. / They are Poodle." or I have to say "These dogs are Husky. / Those dogs are Pitbull. / They are Poodle dogs."?

if you say these or those, you have to use the plural. those are huskies, these are poodles, and the other ones over there are pit bulls. That is a husky, not a poodle. Can't you tell them apart?

You might say: These are Huskies, Pitbulls, or Poodles. If it is obvious "these" refers to dogs, there's no need to add "dogs" after either "these" or the name of the dogs to which you're referring..
