Nine!!!! The province of Ulster has six counties which form Northern Ireland. They are Antrim , Down, Armagh, Fermanagh, Tyrone, & Londonderry. The other three counties of Ulster are in the Republic of Ireland, and they are Donegal , Monaghan, & Cavan.
