If a woman walked up to me and said "you're sexy" and then I told her "you're sexy, too", could she charge me with sexual harassment?

No. You'll then go have sex together which she will call rape just to sue you. #stormydaniels

That's not sexual harassment it's sexual assault.

If by any chance it did happen than yes she can but you can't file a complain against her.

Probably not. I've had women tell me they would f*** me if they didn't have a boyfriend, or whatever. I told them I would f*** them too. (Actual conversation summary) Nothing bad ever happened. I didn't pursue them, they didn't pursue me, it was all good.

Would NEVER happen anyway , women are not even genuinely attracted to men , definitely no sexual motives , as sex is not a female desire. She would be up to no good !!

A woman can charge you with sexual harassment for just taking a nap in another state. Now, whether you're found guilty or not depends on how progressive the judge and jury are.
