So I'm pet sitting my friend's shih tzu and she was getting into something she wasn't supposed to so I went to pick her up and she spazzed out and bit my hand. It didn't break skin or anything but there is a small red mark. Should I do anything for this?

There's nothing you need to "do for it" - the bite didn't break the skin. That breed of little dog is,by nature, somewhat aggressive, and they will often nip a stranger, if the stranger tries to pick them up.
