For example, majorly in the song titles, the first letter of any of these words is never capitalized. What s the reason?

They're conjunctions. If they are the first word in the title they are capitalized.

They're articles of the english language, and are never directly considered a proper noun, or verb, they are close to adjectives but do not quite fall under the description of an adjective completely.
