I've got a piece of pencil lead stuck under my eye lid what are the chances it will get infected

You might want to go to a doctor that doesn’t sound healthy

Go to an urgent care center or see a nurse or doctor after all this is an eye. Pencil "lead" is made of graphite and clay and not particularly toxic.

Wash it out with water at an angle from your face. You should be ok. Don't rub your eye
