Why can't I lose weight?

No matter how long I workout, I just can't lose weight. Why Is this?

Weight loss is based more on your diet than your exercise.

Because weight loss is 95% diet. Working out does not burn enough calories.. it HELPS, but the reality is that to lose weight you have to eat less.
