I've caught her stealing my food and clothes too many times, I've talked to her too many times, words don't seem to work, is it time to use force???

nope. never. anything but force. find another way. incentives? food? how did she manage to steal food? Was it your own candy from Halloween that she found in your closet? Perhaps you could get some weed brownies and watch the outcome.
