um, no. it literally has the word 'consensual' in it?? they are giving consent; as a feminist i don't see it as rape and those who do are kind of ridiculous?

Many feminists consider it rape if a woman withdraws consent after the fact. They will not make this public, but they will soon push for it as soon as affirmative consent becomes law. Expect that in about 5 years.
