No, I have never been tested for drugs, thought they do need an up to date list of all medications.

Doctors do not normally "drug test" patients. They might have to do a blood or urine test for various reasons, but it's usually to check for medical conditions, not to see what drugs you might be using. They have to trust patients to tell them what they've been taking when they are prescribing, and you SHOULD tell any doctor you see, to avoid dangerous interactions. Tell them not only about drugs but also any dietary supplements and vitamins. Doctors can't tell anyone what you've told them. Some might be somewhat judgmental, or it may seem that way to you, because they are rightly concerned about your heath. If you have a heart condition, know that some drugs could be problematic.

Nope. They may test for other things in your blood if they have a reason to believe something wrong is going on, but they would not make a drug test part of that evaluation.

Probably. They aren't allowed to tell the cops, though, so what's your problem? If the cardiologist finds that your drug use is causing your dangerous heart disease, why would you not want to know about that so it can be fixed? You're really stupid.
