Social scientist Dr Catherine Hakim states this is fact. Why are women so defective?

That "fact", is actually not a fact. The fact however that you believe that 'social scientist' is very revealing. About you, not about anything else.

about a quarter of women have little to no sex drive, and tho they might occasionally "agree" to sex they will almost never go looking for it

I'm sceptical about this statistic. But if it were true, women wouldn't be defective. That would be their normal. That's how things go.
