I'm sometimes sitting in public thinking about doing nasty thibgs and people just glare at me like "you sick piece of ****"

I think anybody can, under the right circumstances - no idea what circumstances though.

No. That's your own subconscious guilt about having inappropriate thoughts. You need to work on distinguishing your own inner thought processes from the external world.

Some people can read PEOPLE. Surprisingly well.

No one can read minds. But some people are sensitive to emotions and if you have an odd look on your face they might wonder "hmm".

Thats called living in your head. if you stay there long you will read minds because its just a relfection of yoru own thoughts that you want others to have of you. more like reading your own mind tho..

I believe if you're able to know a person very well then you might have a better idea of their thoughts.
