Why do I still get pimples in my 20's?

I have been getting pimples since I was 12 and it hasn't gone away. I always thought it stopped after the teen years but it doesn't seem to be for me. Is that normal?

I got them in my 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. The rate of occurrence dropped but they still appeared.

How's your diet and overall health?? What's on the outside of your body is a reflection of what you're putting IN-side your body.

Get exercise, shower daily, wash your face in the morning and before you go to bed, apply face cream or lotion for moisture, compress a hot towel to the affected area. Follow these rules for a month, and they'll probably all disappear.

This is super normal. Acne peaks during puberty, but often persists throughout your whole life.
