Am I losing weight too quickly?
5 answers
I began dieting and exercising back in March. My diet is very strict, and my workouts are very intense. I weight 335lbs when I began, and I'm now down to 270lbs. Should I slow the pace a little?

if you're doing it in a healthy way it's fine. You typically lose more weight starting out when you're heavier.

You "weighed" 335 when you started. 4 months, 65 lbs? That's pretty amazing, but that's the part of the weight that's easiest to lose once you change your habits and lifestyle. At this point you could probably afford to slow down the weight loss a bit. Maybe take the next 6 or 7 month to lose the next 65?

it's going to slow down whether you like it or not. I watched youtube of a 300lb +guy who lost 50lbs in 3 months and then it took him 3 more months to lose 20 lbs doing the same amount of exercise and eating the same. I'd have to know what your strict diet is to form an opinion of whether I think you need to slow down or not.
