Do I need to go to the doctors about this lump?

I found a lump inside my ball sack, it is a fairly large lump and is attatched to my left testicle however it is separate and not growing from it so I don t know whether it s serious or not. It is painful even when I m not touching it

if it is painful then yeah you need to see a urologist. Sounds like an infection in there.

You need to see a doctor! Mysterious lumps need to be checked out! It could be completely harmless or it could be something very serious. Only a doctor can properly diagnose you!

Rather depends WHERE it is attached. And how painful. And of course how old you are. Go look up = epididymis = on Wiki and yes, if you still unhappy go see doctor. However it may be nothing serious.
