If you’ve had sex without a condom you’re at risk of catching something. It’s stupid to have unprotected sex. Many STI and STDs (not the same thing) produce no symptoms. Ones that commonly do not produce symptoms are: high risk HPV (which can lead to cancer), HIV (can develop into AIDS), Chlamydia (can lead to PID and infertility).

Only a medical test can tell. You can get such a test at your doctor, or at any Planned Parenthood office.
