If you smoke it you can add paranoia to your anxiety. It causes brain damage, memory loss, psychosis and all sorts of fun things. If you want your anxiety to decrease, take ashwagandha, a natural herbal supplement that does not get you high.

For Anxiety that is NOT a Mental Health disorder like Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Social Anxiety, Maybe. IF it is a Mental Health thing ask a Mental Health Therapist and/or a Psychiatrist(a doctor in mental health) about it first.
