no, it cannot. matter inside a black hole is forever gone from the universe. The matter inside a black hole is already compressed much more than needed to create fusion or fission, but it is no longer matter as we know it.

no, a black hole gaining mass simply becomes a larger black hole

A black hole is a dead star.

NO, goring a black hole is created by the core of massive star IMPLODING... Yes, additional mass CAN b go through t the EVENT HORIZONS OF the black hole and add additional mass to the mathematical singularity that IS the black hole, but the black hole is a POINT that has ZERO VOLUME BY DEFINITION. A black hole CANNOT and WILL NOT become star again because the CORE has collapsed and the mass may no longer be ENTIRELY in THIS universe. You an d many others keep ASSUMING that this universe is COMPLETELY CLOSED system. That may NOT be true... There's still something You and other people have NOT explained. WHERE ARE THE WHITE HOLES IN THIS UNIVERSE. Black holes fo evaporate over time when there is NO additional mass going THROUGH the event horizons OF black holes.. You CANNOT REVERSE ENTROPY . Entropy goes in only ONE direction. FORWARD. you CANNOT "conveniently" IGNORE the laws of thermodynamics. Your facts are uncoordinated. As usual. .

No. All its matter is compressed to a point. Nothing can come out of this point, not even light. A black hole can never become a star but a star can become a black hole.

NO. A Black HOLE is NOT a Hole it is a DEAD STAR with so much Mass light can not escape.
