It doesn't matter if they change. It's the trail of pain they left behind that doesn't go away. It would be an injustice to give such individuals a second chance as they took other people's chances by harming and hurting them. The victims never heal and some don't come back to life. It's not fair. These people don't need healing. They've never suffered and brought pain and suffering onto others and by trying to keep them happy with therapy you are still giving in to their requests at the expense of many victims. I am now the most hated person I know and nearly died by the hands of abusive people a few years back. I'm lucky to be here but it's been very difficult. Went through so many losses. This last guy i ended the friendship with on Monday used to be someone i loved and now he's my bully/ruined. I lost a few jobs and my hard work, my friends and family. There's no way back. So yes I hate people who are Leo Libra and Scorpio and their friends for this reason lol. I feel numb.

Neither a sociopath or psychopath can change because what causes their challenges is an under-developed part of the brain. A narcissist might be able to change with the help of a good psychologist.

The mind is a powerful thing and so is sheer will power, I believe of course it's possible.

You would have to open your eyes to things for you to change your personality. Something powerful needs to come across your mind, not just your thoughts.

A leopard doesn't change their spots and a narcissist will only be concerned, if it concerns them. Sure, there are people who may fool you for a while, but when it all boils down to it, their true selves will show through.
