Is it possible to lose 100 pounds in 10 months. (My cousin Dylan did it. I wish I could. I just don't have his willpower)?

My Cousin Dylan 70 inches tall weighed approximately 300 pounds in September 2017. Now he weighs 200 pounds.

this guy lost 50 lbs in 3 months. and then it took him 3 more months to lose 20 more. So 70 lbs in 6 months. When he first started he ate one day and the next he just had one meal and then he switched to no food every other day. Lots easier that being on a diet every day. One day you get to feel full and the next day not. Not that hard.

If you weight 300 pounds, losing 10 pounds a month would be easy... for like the first two months. Following that it would require insane devotion to a low calorie diet, a great deal of physical activity, and a whole lot of willpower. If you don't have the willpower to basically bust your butt every single day, then such results are near unachievable outside of weight loss surgery.

But you answered your own question. Anything is possible if you have the willpower. His weight loss is obviously doable because he's shown it can be done.

Unsure about 100 in 10. In my experience I’ve lost 90 lbs in 11 months. I ate very small portions of clean food and walked 10 miles everyday. I was dedicated to never being that big again. Pack your lunch and bring a refillable water bottle. You need a bunch of water because you want your body to be ridding itself of weight not keeping it locked in. Yes expect to pee a lot. Whether you believe you can or you believe you can’t do it, you’re right.

Clearly it is physically possible, and you have a cousin who did it. Whether it is possible for YOU to do it is a totally different question. But whatever you do, do it in a healthy way with good medical advice. Do not ruin your body by following some faddish "super diet".

It's possible but very risky. You cannot eat anymore than 600 Calories per day and it is very likely that you will feel lightheaded and may pass out.

It would take 12.5 months to lose 100 pounds safely and in the healthy way. You are only supposed to lose 2 pounds per week which would mean 8 pounds per month.

Cut out processed foods (preservatives kill your gut biome) Exercise 30+ min a day, walking is ok. Optional: cut out carbs (carbs are optional for humans), and eat more (healthy) fats. Easy, I've recently done this myself.
