I feel insecure about my "wide" waist/hip region?

I *am* skinny, but I'm still "wide" in the hip or waist region.. somewhat like the girl in this pic. Do you think it looks ugly? Would a guy think it looks ugly? I'm skinny.. unfortunately I've been built this way
