If radiation from our galaxy as well as other galaxies is radial away from source at a long distance from space,that radiation is never to be seen again. Hence all we see is darkness.

Because, in the direction you are looking, there is nothing either emitting a detectable amount of light into your eyes nor reflecting a detectable amount of light into your eyes.
