Supervisor talks badly about me to everyone everyday. Wtf is his problem?

Hes been doing this every since I started and probably wants to fight me. But I'm a woman and I know I'm not going to win. He constantly tries to get me fired and makes up lies to do so. He tries to turn people against me but now its backfiring.
