Using short division it is 31 with a remainder of 3 or 31.6 as a decimal

divide. 5 into 15 goes 3 times then 5 into 8 goes once with a remainder for an answer of 31 r 3.

Do it in your head. Division by 5 is the same as dividing by 10, then multiplying by 2. 158 / 10 = 15.8 15.8 * 2 = (15 * 2) + (0.8 * 2) = 30 + 1.6 = 31.6 Faster to do it than it was to type.
