Quit the newspeak-games please... alcohol is a drug, and a hard one Several people I knew drank themselves to (an early) death Alcohol just happens to be a legalised, and therefor affordable, drug

I don't think that's necessarily true. I know for a fact that I will do business with an alcoholic over a junkie any day. And don't even get me started on tweekers. Once you're hooked on meth, I don't want to know you.

I really don’t think that’s true. An alcoholic starting his day with a breakfast beer might get looked down on, but the junkie is going to get arrested if he doesn’t just overdose.

Well, just look at FurBall the Alcoholic. That screeching, shrieking old DRUNK is one of the most obnoxious hags you'll ever meet. BUT: she brings it all upon herself!
