Why have the men of Generation X refused to grow up?

Why do they still play video games and watch cartoons for hours a day? Why do they keep their childhood toy collection with them wherever they go? Why do they continue to bang their balding heads to heavy metal? Where are the men of this generation? Getting tired of these overgrown boys.
