How do I become more motivated to have fun?

I work 40+ hours a week at my job, but on my days off, I don’t do anything. I love fishing and riding my bike, but dispite telling myself ill do something, I almost always don’t. It’s easier to zone out and watch T.V. I feel guilty towards the end of the day. Any advice?
