I feel like I'm giving everyone everything, and they're just walking away with it, what do I do?

All of my friends ask for so much more than I should be giving. I'm 13 years old and I am cleaning peoples cuts and making peoples lunches and listening to everyone's problems and I can't do it. I wouldn't mind putting that much in if I got something in return, but if I stay up until 3 am talking to...
