How do I know if I'm a plain looking girl, or an ugly girl?

I do get attention from men... But not as much as other girls (many other girls)..but i think I'm ugly. Won't post a pic for privacy reasons... But how do i decide?

If you smile, you will be attractive. It makes a huge difference. If you love other people and do good to them, then you are beautiful in God's opinion.
