Does anyone else just feel defeated by Trump?

At first I tried to protest him and his actions, but nothing happened. It was as if I were invisible to him and his administration. All they saw were the cheering crowds at his rallies, and my voice made no difference, nor did the suffering of other people at his hands. I feel like I imagine an abused spouse...
