Why do people hate me now?

I ve been trying to improve my work ethic, health, and external appearance by going to the gym more regularly. According to some, I ve achieved much of these goals. However, I ve found that there seems to be negative talk circulating about. There seems to be rumors and **** about me. Why is this?
