Ok, I know what a moon ring/halo is But this is not that... At first i thought maybe my eyes were dry or I had an eyelash in them. Then I actually freaked out fearing that something was wrong with my vision. But I looked at other lights and everything was fine. So, the moon looks like ot has a second moon behind...
