Equation containing fractions?

I m solving some online math questions and thought I understood it but this problem with a fraction is confusing me. Solve for s. 2 - 2s = 3/4s + 13 I know I need to subtract 3/4s from each side, but after doing that it says I should have -11/4s + 2 = 13 and I don t really understand how to get that. I m not good...
