My cat just caught a wild baby rabbit and brought it back to me, I got the cat away and the rabbit has no wounds or anything and is fine as it seems, it is very small, eyes are opened and has fur. Fits easily in the palm of my hand I have no idea how old it is, I put it in an old shoebox and has no intent to move...
