There is no such thing as class 4 cancer while stage four is actually used in describing cancer.

Never heard of the term class 4 cancer. I would assume that it is a regional way of saying stage 4 cancer.

Stage-4 cancer is cancer that has exceeded the boundaries of the organ where it originated and has metastasized throughout the body. Class 4-cancer is nothing. That's not a term.
