If you never open or use your eyes from birth until 60, would you have perfect vision?

I'm President and I wouldn't be caught dead wearing glasses. Have you ever seen a photo of me wearing glasses? Never!

No. The part of the brain that processes the signal from the eyes will weaken. A bad thing.

I highly doubt it. Your eyes haven't had a chance to adjust to anything. In fact I'd be surprised if you could see at all.

No. Your eyes finish developing once you open them. Second of all, at age 60, most people start to have changes in eyesight so the chances of still having 20/20 vision are pretty low.

Vision loss due to age is because the lens gets less flexible. That would happen no matter what.
