My elder sister (aged 54) has pain in knees because of arthritis, therefore she can not pee like other girls.she has to stand up and pee like men.will it be harmful for women to stand up and pee?or is it completely safe for women to stand up and pee?

Of course it's "safe" for a woman to stand up to pee - at ANY age. Why wouldn't it be? Peeing is still just peeing - whether she's standing up or she's sitting down.
