i suffered psychosis a long time ago when i was in the midst of bpd, there's no shame, it's an illness like any other.

there were times I thought I was going crazy but they were short lived

Yes. I suffered abuse as a child and it has caused me to lose my mind from time to time. It's not very pleasant.

not that bad i dont think .. i have been at what i consider 'rock bottom' before in my time .. if anything it makes you stronger, you just have to gather yourself and forge ahead .. you can only go up ..
