You can start with fasting.. or low carb. Fasting is incredible and effective !

Eliminate NOTHING from your food intake else you gain every ounce back when you stop dieting and eat those food you forbid yourself on your "diet. Then get out and walk! Any one saying eliminate this and that has never struggled with yo yo "DIETING".
