Do you think muscles from a human could be replaced with meat from another animal? I.e. attach knee tendons to a pork replacement hamstring?

Maybe bundled flea muscles. If a flea can jump 100 times its height, a human should be able to do half that, say 300 feet?

And why would you kneed to (pun intended) when there are carbon fibre tendons which will not be rejected

Some pig and buffalo parts are already used in humans -- heart valves and veins, for instance. Muscles might eventually be used as well.
