How would they treat a gun shot wound to the head at the hospital?

If the bullet was lodged in the brain, how would they treat such a wound? And if the bullet went all the through your brain, how would that be treated as well?

Ever been to Vegas and play the SLOTS? It is THAT BIG A GAMBLE. Some are willing to try and remove it(and face a lawsuit). Others say "Not me, give it to the Rookie" Through the head they are in the morgue. awaiting burial. So it went for JFK

no treatment may help, depending on brain damage, which is NOT repairable.
