I had my blood drawn for a routine physical and my white blood cell count was normal. If I had an std such as chlamydia or gonoreah, would I have elevated white blood cell counts

Did you have sex with unknown partners to think about Sexually Transmitted diseases.

Not necessarily a high count, viruses don't always trigger an infection reaction (more white blood cells) until the virus has spread.
