Do I have to take the IELTS again if I have a bachelor’s degree from a European country and I want to study a master’s in the USA as an Indian student?

    If you have already done IELTS for your bachelor's degree then check the entry requirements of university or college you're going to apply for masters. You must have any one of TOFEL or IELTS to study in US schools.

    Most countries in Europe are not English-speaking. Only UK (Ireland might have university education in English instead of Gaelic). Take TOEFL. IELTS is British English, not American, so you need to take TOEFL.
