Children don't have the skills to know what skills they need. That's why schools should teach every child a basic set of skills including the 3 Rs. Then they have the tools to go and learn by themselves.

NO.....Most kids already know how to "Masterbate" when they have 15 seconds to themselves....A classroom full of them would just be very messy....And a little tough to explain when the Principal walks in unexpectedly....
