I think it's a cool name for a city. You can also name cities after the cultic gods and godesses

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Celtic_place_names_in_Galicia here's a list of places with Celtic names. Note: most of them end in -bri, which means "town or place," so I'd recommend incorporating that into the name
