I'm worried that if I become an architect I'll become famous?

I really don't want fame in any way shape or form. I don't want my privacy ruined and have everybody know who I am and it gets me really anxious. Is it likely I'll be famous if I become an architect? Can I manage just by being a normal citizen?

There are about 1000 famous architects in the world (most are just famous to other architects) you have a better chance of making it to the NBA.

Most architects aren't famous.

Not even one in a thousand ever become famous. Since architecture is quite overloaded, you'll be lucky to find a job. Don't let your fear of success hold you back further when it will be tough to get a chance to be mediocre.
