First off maybe give it a try College is fun and the teachers are laid back, you'll make friends and maybe go to parties. If it isn't your thing after trying. Then tell your parents your back up plan like starting a career or making a business.

You don’t have to be intelligent to graduate from college. But if you don’t want to go, you need to tell them that you don’t want to go.

Start off by going to a local community college. It's less expensive than a regular university, easier to get in. See about taking classes you're interested in AND can be used for any major. Don't underestimate yourself.
